About Paul

Paul has been bookkeeping for almost 20 years and during this time has developed a vast knowledge of various businesses and software packages; although he mostly uses Sage.

He is in latter stages of becoming Sage accredited which will be a massive benefit not only to PCBS but to the existing client base.

PCBS was formed in January 2005 and during this time has assisted over 100 clients from various industries and sectors from sole-traders to multi million pound businesses.

Paul is a member of International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB), Institute of Credit Management (ICM) and International Association of Accounting Professionals.

Paul’s main role is to ensure the existing clients are looked after and receive unrivalled attention as well as developing the number of businesses that benefit from the various services including bookkeeping, VAT, management reporting, payroll, credit control and now Sage training.

About Ellie

Ellie joined PCBS in August 2012 to help with the growing number of Kent based clients coming on board; the demand for a reliable and efficient bookkeeping service was increasing.

The role has now become extremely busy during Ellie’s time in the hot seat and it is increasing all the time.

During the short space of time that Ellie has been on board she has managed to almost double the number of clients on board.

Ellie has a very strong financial and management background and has worked at supervisory level for a number of large companies including ORIAC Solutions, Acromas Holidays Limited, Channel Commercials PLC, Wilkinson Foods Limited and McLaren Foods Limited. This extensive knowledge and experience has certainly been beneficial to PCBS as a lot of Ellie’s time is spent overseeing the growing number of bookkeepers under her wing.

On top of all this, Ellie is a very keen user of social media outlets and a regular tweeter on the PCBS Kent Twitter site; she also has become extremely well known from her networking activities across Kent.
