- Conduct the interviews at our offices
- Carry out ability assessments if applicable to your role
- Send the CVs of the most suitable candidates to you with our report for your consideration
- Take your instruction of the 3 candidates that you would like to see
- Prepare the candidates and arrange first stage interviews with you
- Speak to you and the candidates for feedback
- Receive your instructions on which candidates you would like to see for a second interview.
- Again, arrange these interviews with you and the candidates
- Successfully find your member of staff!!
